Husense, the innovative people counting company, is excited to tell you their innovations made it onto the Top 20 of the Blue Tulip Awards Cities & Communities.

The jury considered different business criteria and judged if security was at the core of their business. The 3D radar surveillance system, Batsense, is chosen to be part of the 20 best innovations in the Netherlands.

Batsense, the privacy-friendly and more inclusive system for human density and activity monitoring, uses 3d-radar technology for measurements. The Batsense challenges camera surveillance systems and opens a new surveillance market where cameras are not suitable. Scalable hardware modules enter data into a highly secure cloud platform for analysis, insights and actions.

The Blue Tulip Awards started as the Accenture Innovation Awards in 2007. Accenture and its partners sought to identify the most promising startups and innovations in the Netherlands, helping them grow, scale and flourish. Last year, the Accenture name was removed and rebranded as the Blue Tulip Awards.

The complete hardware setup, software and cloud platform are all Husense proprietary development been steadily keeping up with expectations for almost a year now.
